As we continue to lower our carbon footprint and in an effort to make your visit as seamless and smooth as possible, we have recently made the decision to be fully paperless. As a result, your time at our shop may differ a little bit from the traditional repair shop. When one of our technicians finds needed repairs, these concerns are entered through their tablet (Integrated Shop Software) and the repair order is accessed by the parts and service advisor prior to the customer being notified of the estimate.
Once the estimate of the repair is generated, the customer is notified by the method of their choice (email, text, or phone call) by a link that allows them to review and approve or decline any recommend repairs. This process creates a real-time review of the customer’s vehicle and the customer can access the link at any time from their device of choice (phone, computer, tablet). This streamlined process will help our team get your car repaired & returned to you faster than the competition so you can get back on the road with a vehicle you trust.
